A. $1.25 X Livable Sq. Ft. + $.25 X non-Livable for a new custom home or $.75 X Livable Sq. Ft. for an existing plan updated to code.

Q. What about a plot plan?
A. $250

Q. How long does it take for a complete set of plans to be drawn?
A. 3-6 days for a draft. Ussually about a week with changes to fine tune the plan with the you. Then about 7 working days for a complete set ready for a permit.

Q. Is engineering required?
A. All plans in Gilbert and Chandler. All others depend upon design of home.

Q. Do you take care of engineering when required?
A. Yes. Add $.75 X Livable Sq. Ft. We take care of everything and call you when plans are stamped. Engineering adds about 2 weeks to the process.

Q. What do you do if there are any city redlines?
A. We do them at no charge, ussually within a day or two.

Q. Do you have any references?
A. Lots! We can give out a list if requested.

Q. Do your plans work?
A. Yes because we update them to code and take care of all city redlines. We have been G.E.R. since 1992 and in construction since 1970. We understand building and the codes.

A. yes, we require a 50% down payment and 50% upon completion

Q. How much does a house plan cost as is? NO CHANGES. NO UPDATES.?
A. 25 cents per livable sq. ft. We only recommend this if a permit is not required. Some plans were drawn years ago in a different city or county with different details.

Q. How much does an existing house plan cost if I want it updated to code and city redlines guaranteed??
A. 50 cents X livable sq. ft.

Q. How much does a house plan cost if I want it updated to code and city redlines guaranteed AND make minor interior revisions??
A. 50 cents X livable sq. ft. + $52.50/hr for interior revisions.

Q. How much does a house plan cost if I want to make MAJOR revisions to the floor plan or elevations??
A. $1.25 X livable sq. ft. These are updated to code with city red-lines guaranteed.
